THE CHRISMAR HOTEL
Ever had one of those days where you wake up and felt like you need to take a break,leave the city's hustle and bustle,go somewhere secluded and just lounge by the pool,read a book or sip martinis the whole evening while watching a live band ???
Well, if you happen to be in Zambia then try the chrismar hotel in Livingstone.its about 2hrs by flight if you prefer to travel by air or roughly 6hrs drive if you feel like having some sort of road trip ;D or you could opt for the airport pickup done by the hotel at a minimal charge. This is not your typical fancy schmancy 20 storey type hotel and THAT is what makes it a great place for a weekend getaway.
The entire hotel consists of about 62 chalet style rooms (perfect for summertime vacations if you ask me), WiFi, an on site gym, 24hr butlers, round the clock security, swimming pools, tranquil gardens, cable TV ,Chinese koi ponds and a kiddie park for the kids.
