ITS EVERYONE AROUND ME...

First of all I just wanna say,to all those people who blog every single day...you guys are warriors!# SALUTE lol how do you do it??? what's the secret?? I recently started blogging and as much as I would love to blog everyday, I cant seem to find time! am doing my bachelors of science degree in international business and that stuff is SERIOUS :O anyway...

So ever since we rolled fabulously into 2011  iv been transformed into a wedding planner of sorts! on the very 1St day of January my best friend got engaged under a shower of fireworks,it was too romantic I tell ya...the guy took everyone by surprise so no photos :( . Its been hordes of engagements from there....everyone I know is either planning their marriage this year or newly engaged! anyone whose been in my shoes will know what follows next!Any time I try to fit in my genuine congratulations,someone will pop up and say "don't worry,your own is coming next",or something along those lines...WHY?? am not complaining am I??

OK let me start from the very beginning( sowi lovers,my mind is all over the place). So heres the deal, I have a serious boyfriend iv been dating for 3 years now.He is Nigerian..*wink* and my boyfriend loves women, I don't wanna call him a player cos real players never leave traces or get caught lol, anyway he has 5 siblings and 3 best friends...ALL OF THEM are either married or just got engaged! his baby sis just got engaged last week and asked me to be chief brides maid *which means a trip to Nigeria for me again this year,YAY* so the pressure is kinda on for him to follow suit while they pity me! its really funny...and very annoying at the same time!am very happy with how things are going but this whole pressure of a thing is getting to me...all of a sudden I see weddings everywhere I look! if I see a girl with a ring on her finger I'll unconsciously try to picture her in a wedding dress..like WTF?? I wasn't like that 2 months ago*crying*

If mine happens, I want it to be a special thing, I want to be sure he knows what he's doing( we are from  2 very different countries) and I want to know he's not doing it because he is under pressure from family/friends ;)

so,can you guys help me come up with a fabulous theme & colour for the braids maids? never done this before...hehe

Hahhaha... waooo... I can only imagine the pressure on you, on him as well.I think you should really start praying, cos whatever happens needS to be what you guys truly want, not what pple think you should have.

Que sera sera, whatever will be will be. As for helping out with the bridesmaid, I am clueless on that one. Cant wait to hear the fantastic ideas of the blogsville fam..:)

we should be BFF's cos 90 percent of my friends are married and im just left all alone in the single world! lol...I knowhow it gets, i have a bf of 7 yrs....pls dont ask me when we r going to get married!lol

Please just relax- it will happen when the time is right. But for real, people get married every month oh- almost every saturday people are getting married in this town (abj)

cograts to your fiance sister & being a bridesmaid..hmmm..about the colours?..the family would choose & the bride would tell you the bridal train colours...find a dress that would make you look 'hawt & also prim' the same time..no 'free-show' for anybody ooo..both for front & back..& the gown should be below the knee, not above ooo, becox i don't know the church they would use so that the officiating pastor won't complain or ask you to dress properly. take care.
